管道視頻內(nèi)窺鏡不適合水下操作。當(dāng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件不能滿足時(shí)，應(yīng)采取措施降低水位，以管道內(nèi)水位不超過管道直徑的20％。

The pipeline video endoscope is not suitable for underwater operation. When the on-site conditions cannot be met, measures should be taken to lower the water level, so that the water level inside the pipeline does not exceed 20% of the pipeline diameter.

當(dāng)管道內(nèi)水位不符合管道內(nèi)窺鏡的要求時(shí)，檢測(cè)前應(yīng)對(duì)各種管道系統(tǒng)實(shí)施封堵導(dǎo)流，使管內(nèi)水位可以滿足目標(biāo)檢測(cè)技術(shù)要求。

When the water level inside the pipeline does not meet the requirements of the pipeline endoscope, various pipeline systems should be sealed and guided before detection, so that the water level inside the pipeline can meet the technical requirements of target detection.

在結(jié)構(gòu)檢查前進(jìn)行疏通和清潔。

當(dāng)有下列情形之一時(shí)應(yīng)中止檢測(cè)：

當(dāng)管內(nèi)窺鏡鏡頭不能在管內(nèi)行走或推桿不能在管內(nèi)前進(jìn)時(shí)

When the endoscope lens cannot move inside the tube or the push rod cannot move forward inside the tube

管道內(nèi)窺鏡的鏡頭沾有污垢時(shí)；

When the lens of the pipeline endoscope is contaminated with dirt;

管道進(jìn)行內(nèi)窺鏡鏡頭可以浸入水中時(shí)；

When the endoscope lens of the pipeline can be immersed in water;

管道充滿霧時(shí)，影響圖像質(zhì)量

When the pipeline is filled with fog, it affects the image quality

其他原因不能正常檢測(cè)時(shí)。

When other reasons prevent normal detection.

管道內(nèi)窺鏡檢測(cè)設(shè)備的基本性能應(yīng)符合下列要求

The basic performance of pipeline endoscopic inspection equipment should meet the following requirements

攝像進(jìn)行鏡頭應(yīng)具有平掃與旋轉(zhuǎn)仰俯與旋轉(zhuǎn)變焦系統(tǒng)功能，攝像鏡頭一個(gè)高度應(yīng)可以通過自由發(fā)展調(diào)整；

The camera lens should have the functions of flat scanning, rotating pitch and rotating zoom system, and the height of the camera lens should be adjustable through free development;

推進(jìn)線長(zhǎng)120米以上，具有伸縮防水功能

The propulsion line is over 120 meters long and has a retractable waterproof function

主控制器應(yīng)能在顯示器上同步顯示管道中的日期時(shí)間管徑和距離，并能對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理

The main controller should be able to synchronously display the date, time, diameter, and distance in the pipeline on the display, and be able to process the data

光照強(qiáng)度應(yīng)能調(diào)節(jié)

The light intensity should be adjustable

測(cè)試設(shè)備應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)牢固，密封良好，能在0℃~+50℃和潮濕環(huán)境下正常工作；

The testing equipment should have a sturdy structure, good sealing, and be able to operate normally in 0 ℃~+50 ℃ and humid environments;

檢測(cè)技術(shù)設(shè)備應(yīng)具備測(cè)距系統(tǒng)功能，電纜計(jì)數(shù)器的計(jì)量工作單位時(shí)間不應(yīng)大于0.1m。

The detection technology equipment should have a distance measurement system function, and the measurement unit time of the cable counter should not exceed 0.1m.
