工業(yè)視頻內(nèi)窺鏡和撓性內(nèi)窺鏡一樣,插入部分柔軟可彎曲,主要的區(qū)別在于成像方法不同。CCD是一種光電耦合器件,可以將光信號轉變成電信號,且具有體積小、分辨率及靈敏度高、抗電磁干擾的特點,視頻內(nèi)窺鏡正是利用了CCD器件的這種特性作為成像介質(zhì)。

探頭前部的物鏡將被檢物體成像到其后的CCD接收面上,CCD把物像轉變成電信號,經(jīng)信號線傳一個獨立的視頻控制單元(其間的距離長可達到30m),再將影像輸出到CRT監(jiān)視器上顯示。

(l)圖像清晰,分辨率高工業(yè)視頻內(nèi)窺鏡選用的CCD接收面上的像素數(shù)(一個像素就是一個光敏元)通常為幾十萬個,如工業(yè)常用的l/2"CCD攝像頭有440,000像素(752H>5S2V),遠遠超過了光纖傳像束的單絲數(shù)量,因此擁有極高的圖像分辨率,同時還了光纖固有的模糊不清及蜂房影像。另一個特性是圖像的亮度高,由于CCD接收面靠近被檢物,因此相對于剛性內(nèi)窺鏡中的轉像透鏡組或撓性內(nèi)窺鏡中的傳像光纖而言幾乎沒有什么光能損失,可獲得高亮度的清晰圖像。
